      No pros. I did not enjoy working here,

      Cons

      Overworked with claims volume because you have to manage claims for 3 different policies. No overtime granted to catch up. Terrible HR resolution strategies.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
