      Pros

      Weekly pay is all I can think of

      Cons

      Company policies are very outdated. You have to use vacation time to go to the doctor and it’s still pointed. 1 hr of earned PTO per week. Healthcare plan not good either

      Pros

      The hours are there if you're a person that likes overtime, overtime has never been mandatory so you have work life balance

      Cons

      Not climate controlled very hot in the summer and freezing in the winter
