Before Acquisition of IBM: 1) Very flexible working hours 2) Work from Home 3) Management was awesome 4) Salary Hike and Bonus were good. 5) Best place for the localities of Vizag to work with
Cons
After Acquisition by IBM: 1) More initiatives to be taken to be rated High 2) Even the highly rated employee receives a maximum of 5% hike annually. 3) No career Growth. 4) lack of knowledge on Market being located in Vizag.
