      -Nice shifts with an hour off for lunches. -The people (great team) -Holidays off -Benefits package -Discounts -Staff meetings and having a voice

      Cons

      -Minimum Wage -No decent raises -Sunday openings. Small store - Understaffed - Not enough people to help customers in all areas. -No dedicated seasonal staff to help customers.
