Great people, and fairly progressive company with plenty of opportunities.

Cons

Being an office manager, responsable for store operations such as; payroll, administration of expenses, accounts payable and receivable, leading a team of 17-20 associates, addressing associate and customer concerns, acting as duty manager at times, managing stores inventory (working capital), receiving and being the HR rep for a store of 55, including management. Only worth $16.33 per hour. Putting in hard work to help run a successful business and all good audits, being successful in your role, don't expect to be valued approximately or to make a living from all that you put into the role.
