Pros
~Decent pay for South Florida ~Free products
Cons
~Everyone needs to be handed a copy of "Lean In" by Sheryl Sandberg or some other book explaining why women need to support one another in the workplace. Just as the previous review stated, you pretty much have to become numb to the dysfunction if you want to survive here. ~They will tell you that corporate culture is "unique" there when you first start, but what they won't tell you is that no one cares to change it. There are about few genuinely nice people who there, but the bulk of them thrive on drama and confusion. ~Good employees are being underutilized while mediocre ones earn accolades and raises for doing nothing all day but creating conflict. Literally seen someone come in and go from employee to employee spreading gossip and exacerbating tensions. Like, all day long just starting stuff. ~A strong HR person is definitely needed to protect the rights of workers. Had to overhear conversations from peers and leaders that resembled a you-know-who rally , but never reported it because everyone was doing it. Very uncomfortable and made wanting to go to work happy difficult.
