Pros
It's a job, in this economy it's almost impossible to find a good job. So it's best to stick with the one you have, until something better can come along. Interacting with customers, is the only best quality of this job.
Cons
Absolutly no advancement, period. Unless you know someone, high in management, or at corporate. Poor benefits, barely ever matches 401k, very low raises, way too many rules, & their prices are way too high.
