variety of shifts If you are young you have a better chance of advancement pay not to bad could be better for what they expect
Cons
they don't seem to be very safety conscience here oil and coolant on floor posing a slip and trip accident no emergency backup lighting in case power is lost and lights go out. not much requirement in ppe other than steal toe shoes and safety glasses safety glasses don't always prevent metal chips from getting in your eyes. house keeping is nonexistent.
