Problems in culture, very old fashioned. Clear hierarchy and stiffness in decision making. Men are more respected and have on average a noticeably higher salary than women in this company, according to yearly internal comparisons. The individuals possibility to affect decisions or to be heard is very limited. Rarely any celebrations, rewards or appreciation. You just need to work hard and not complain. Just not enough respect to people.
