Great intro to film business, great learning opportunity, great chance to gain great experience. There are some really great people who work here and some really great people you get to work with.

No real work life balance. No real chance for advancement. Employee treatment is 50/50. Sometimes it's great but don't be fooled, they'll overask and won't reciprocate much back. They have been known to treat some people really poorly and ignore harassment cases.
