- Kessel Run is no longer innovative. They've backslid into being a typical program office with large contracts and very little home grown development. - Standard government bureaucracy. That is to say, a lot of bureaucracy. - Leadership has reinstated a lot of the same old processes and red tape that Kessel Run once abhorred. - Pay (relative to what I was paid in industry)
