Pros

- So many talented designers and art directors that where a pleasure to work with - Free lunches

Cons

Very overworked with an expectation to go beyond your work hours that I find to be in unreasonable territory If you left the office on time at the end of the day it was looked down upon, it expected to stay later. Meaning no work life balance. The work I did felt very unappreciated and was made to feel replaceable. The creative director doesn’t really listen; very much setting in their ways of working that felt outdated- not actually much room to be creative and overall difficult to work with. There was no fostering/helpful development that you would expect from a creative director. The company doesn’t live up to their reputation at all, what you see on the outside is infact the total opposite. Staff had been laid off in both offices, London and Amsterdam, as for a the business its outlook wasn’t looking good. Although everybody I worked with was really nice higher management was toxic- for the most part, it was always a stressful environment. There was no work from home in place, which was a huge drawback and no working flexibility. If you worked 3-5 hours over there was no compensation for it. On avarage I worked 8ish hours overtime a week- of which you don’t get paid for.
