Your job is completely influenced by a bunch of 70 year olds that haven't worked in the last 20 years. The make decisions to save a nickel today at the expense of long term. Treat their staff like garbage and the leave/flex policy is stupid as well when their dept heads come and go as they please and don't have rules apply to them
