      Guaranteed full time hours. Supportive environment from colleagues ( not from the managers)

      Cons

      Responsibilities are not clearly defined. The work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, which means weekend work is required. Working hours may also change at times, although employees are still expected to teach 7.5 hours per day.

      Pros

      Friendly relationship with bosses, non-hierarchical workplace environment, flexible working arrangements, incl. with working remotely. Smaller environment means a larger impact from any given individual.

      Cons

      Some of their internal processes can be inefficient, work can be tedious at times.
