Great Company - Analyst Key Group Employee Review

Firstly, thank you for your hard work when you were employed with us and your review / feedback. At the same time we are really sorry to hear some of your views and experiences which are certainly not what we want to read. Over the past four years it has been a very demanding working environment and sometimes with a demanding pace of change and expectations, it would be fair to say that we don't always get it right and clearly not from your perspective. Therefore we can only apologise. We have undertaken two staff surveys in the past two years and have really listened and learned from the feedback. It is a shame that you have left us now as our business is just starting a new chapter in September 2017 we gained new owners (Partners Group) a new Group CEO and some new Directors. Making KR Group a better place to work is high on the agenda in 2018 and we are striving to improve but it can take time. Sorry again for your experiences, thank you for your review and we wish you well in your future career.
