Pros
There are no pros not anymore, not since they switched housekeeping management. It used to be a place that took care of us like family. Now they just insult the people who've stood by them forever.
Cons
They treat their employees like dirt we are nothing to them. I worked there six years worked so hard for them for nothing. They keep their employees as part time with no chance at becoming full time unless you complain. I'd been there six years was a great worker dedicated myself to this job became supervisor and I just got full time this year. I wouldn't have if I didn't raise my voice. Don't work for these people they just care about their ratings by the way those are gonna go down everyone is leaving that place housemen, room attendants, supervisors we are all leaving you. Ha good luck during the summer with no one working for you. Key lime cove is like the titanic we are all abandoning ship I'd rather be in freezing water then stick with that sorry excuse of a company.
