      Pros

      Flexible working hours (mainly cos they don't care about their staff), great colleagues who are all openly stuck in the same situation

      Cons

      No real management, salaries are out of whack with each other, underpaid according to what you find job-hunting, pressure to achieve great things with very strictly limited resources

We offer flexible working hours to try to allow staff to fit their jobs in with traffic, dropping kids off at school or other interests/out of work needs. We also try to ensure that we offer competitive salaries by benchmarking ourselves against local employers.

      Pros

      I joined Key Media in June of 2021 and I've had an amazing working experience so far! As someone with a marketing background I was looking for more creative freedom, and that is exactly what I got! Management is very empowering and helps you reach your goals, but gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to work on projects without being micro-managed. Plenty of opportunities for growth within the company as well. HR was very helpful with on-boarding and connecting me with staff I would be working with on a regular basis. Overall I am extremely happy with Key Media and look forward to growing my career here!
