      A lot of differnet projects where you can learn new things, the recruitment team does a great job in finding new colleagues - great team. It is a good first experience and opportunity.

      Cons

      Zero flexibility, not transparent communication, no support from HR, long and exhausting process of approvals, everythig has to be measured in numbers, very slow career path (small salary growth),

      Pros

      Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

      Cons

      Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
