1. Small Studio that gives a lot of opportunities to new talent. Overall a great place to start. 2. Have interesting projects 3. Do not want you to work overtime/ avoid it and would rather hire extra people. 4. Despite using a certain type of 3D software they gladly hired people who did not have experience in the software they and trained them.

1. Could improve people management. I think there were times where situations could have been handled better. 2. They don't really want people working from home and prefers working in the studio.

Very friendly, understanding and flexible work environment. One of the few studios in Cape Town that are trying to employ artist full-time.

Communication between clients, producers and artists could be improved
