Good people, bad Mgmt - Data Consultant Keyrus US Employee Review

The worst thing about Keyrus is their upper management team. Specifically their managing director. Once this individual came into the role, Keyrus’ growth halted. This person would seemingly blame everyone else besides themself. Their previous title was leading the GTM team yet the team produced no new opportunities and it lead to layoffs. This person is also not open to any new ideas and likes to micromanage. Very disappointing because the company had a lot of potential prior to this person moving into this role.
