Pros
- Jason was a great guy to work with.
- Relatively flexible work hours for if you need to have a doctors appointment or something.
- Good amount of overtime.
- Department co-workers were fun to work with.
Cons
- Always have to have your phone glued to your hip. Reprimanded for not answering after-hours calls.
- Support was to answer calls 24/7 if you were first on the "rotation shift". At my time, there were only two JarTrek techs + Jason and Mike, but calls were to be answered 24 hours on the clock by just these four people. Can be summed up to ALWAYS being on-call. Hope you don't mind 2-4AM calls!
- If you get on managements bad side, it can and WILL follow you relentlessly until someone does something worse. Usually results in being held over your head if you mess up at times.
- Very low possibility for moving up in company rankings.
