Favoritism, gives unfair and illogical ultimatums believes what other people tells him prior to talking to you very aggressive in meetings and unable to give constructive criticism offers positions of supervisor roles to a former RA and made it unfair because no one in the whole building even knew a such a position was even available to apply for . he constantly praises this person on how great she is in meetings but does not say anything about how great other people are doesn't listen to your concerns when one person has been reported on so many times and nothing gets done about it
