The technical lads are brilliant and make you feel welcome from the start.

Owner has too much emotional invol making the place you work in scary. He will bully you if you do not stand up for yourself. There is no process and everything becomes a mess . It is also always the developers fault if something goes wrong even though when I was there it was very rare it was the problem. The dev team is very small and they company does nto seem to understand it cannot cope!

Absolutely amazing company to work for. All the staff and management are great and you are always recognised and rewarded for your hard work.
