We value all feedback and are sorry to receive your negative comments, however not only do we disagree with your detrimental assessments but we would sincerely question the purported honesty of your review. As a 100% employee owned and operated business, it is simply not possible for anyone to "drain the company" since no individuals are entitled to remuneration beyond the same salary and benefits offered to everyone. All employees, irrespective of rank, continue to be benchmarked against similar roles, with salary reviews and performance related awards provided to all those making a positive contribution. We undertake many thousands of hours of planned product development every year across all of our platforms, and are proud of our ability to both retain valued existing customers and win new business as a direct result of the comprehensive and continually expanding functionality on offer. Our products and services genuinely help our customers to grow their businesses effectively, and the evidence of that speaks for itself.
