No engineer culture - Full Stack Developer Ki Insurance Employee Review

Oh boy, where do we begin. The company is completely dysfunctional from an engineering perspective, with multi day deploys (mind you the startup has been around for like 4 years, not sure where all the tech debt comes from), no real engineer leadership (there's various levels of Engineer Management but they effectively make no technical decisions) and worst of all, little to no willingness to change/improve (probably coming from the comforts of working in an industry where your competitors are in even worse positions) Avoid if you want to become a better software developer.
