Low pay, no benefits, no sick time. Class sizes kept out of ratio often unless they feel someone from the state is coming and then they move kids around quickly. Teachers with seniority send kids they find difficult to newer teachers so they don’t have to deal with them, even if they are sending them to a classroom that is not their age group. Management plays favorites with their friends on staff. Management does not care about employees at all, tried to force sick employees to come in or risk their job which is insane because then everyone in the class would get sick.
