      Pros

      Very nice and clean facility. Employees are polite and easy to get along with, however management comes off very cold to those they aren't "close" with.

      Cons

      Low pay. classrooms are maxed out with students and that becomes hard to manage, even with more than one teacher in the room.

      Pros

      I have worked at A kids world for four years and year we get better. We are farm to ECE raise chickens for the children to take care of. We have a garden educator to come teach the children and they love it not to mention we are supported when needed.My Grandson and children have both attended A kids world. I would want them any where else.

      I can not think of any down sides.
