There weren't any pros sadly.

Cons

My manager micro-managed me and was too uptight about everything. She was not understanding at all. Did not let me have coffee breaks, work from home when there was an emergency, and use PTO when I didn't need to. She showed a lot of favoritism between myself and the others in the team.

Are you sure you worked for Kids2? We always encourage our team members to elevate challenges so we can work through them to find solutions, 2gether. And coffee (snack, talk, walk, etc.) breaks are abound!

Pros

Great place to grow and learn. There’s a lot of opportunity to try new things, share ideas, and actually see them taken seriously. People are supportive, and there’s room to develop professionally and improve how things are done.

Cons

Some processes are still evolving so change happens quickly to continue growing.
