Great vacation and good benefits, good sense of community amongst frontline staff
Cons
Toxic work culture due to senior leadership team, changing healthcare into a business, focus on numbers instead of people/quality, forcing CEO’s opinions on staff without proper rationale (ie all staff must work on site full site, even though many were hired remote and a lack of space on site for all employees, refusing to allow virtual meetings even in poor weather conditions), hiring freezes, poor financial management, lack of transparency, work life balance has plummeted in the past 2 years.
