Pros

There are no PROs about working in this company. They do present a rosy picture and have great branding. But the reality is very different.

Cons

The Founder is a know-it-all & a bully They manipulate and have no work ethics They are running a family there not a business Employees join and leave the company often The leadership is a bully and I have no sense of business They don't let people speak in meetings, there is a lot of favoritism They make employees work long hours without any appreciation They have policies that are against labor laws, please read carefully Very unprofessional environment I would recommend not joining this job if your peace of mind and money are important to you. There is no future in this company and they don't care about anything other than themselves. Please note: Several employees wanted to file a case against this company, but they haven't because it costs money, and these people are powerful.

Pros

Saturday is off , no festival celebration

Cons

Kilowott feels less like a company and more like survival mode. Managers don’t lead—they protect their own jobs. Founders chase visibility over stability. HR is crowded but ineffective, with leadership that lacks both knowledge and accountability. There’s zero consistency at the top. AI is pushed on employees by leaders who don’t seem to understand it themselves. The HR department is overstaffed yet severely underperforming. Despite having multiple people on the team, the actual work seems to be carried by just two HR generalists, while the senior HR manager and HR manager contribute little of real value. There is a clear lack of knowledge, ownership, and accountability at the top. Instead of leading, they appear more focused on staying visible to the founders and offloading responsibilities onto juniors. For a function that is supposed to drive people strategy, the current state of HR feels ineffective and, at times, almost dysfunctional. The company runs on a hire-fast, fire-faster cycle—join between June to December, and you might be out by early next year. Sales culture? Questionable at best. If you don’t fit into the noise, you risk being pushed out. In the end, you’re replaceable—sometimes for something as small as cost. Talent doesn’t always matter here.

Pros

The company provides a pleasant and comfortable working environment, with a well-maintained office space that makes day-to-day work smoother. One of the positive aspects is the flexibility in working hours and days, which helps employees maintain a better work-life balance. The overall work culture is decent and allows individuals to manage their responsibilities with a certain level of independence.

Cons

The compensation is comparatively low considering the expectations and workload, which may impact long-term motivation. There is limited interaction among employees, resulting in fewer opportunities for collaboration and team bonding. Communication can be a challenge, as responses from managers or reporting heads are often delayed, which may slow down workflow. At times, certain elements of the work environment can feel unstructured or lacking support. Additionally, there is minimal flexibility regarding work-from-home options, even in situations where it could be beneficial. Introducing more employee engagement initiatives and improving communication channels could significantly enhance the overall work experience.
