      This is a low stress job with experienced coworkers. You'll never get fired and it's very mundane.

      Cons

      There is very little chance for big promotions. You'll serve your whole life and make 120k when you retire.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
