      Opportunities for personal growth and they are big on developing leadership qualities. If you want to climb the corporate ladder this is one place to look.

      Cons

      Annual review scores force 10% into the low-performance range, 80% mid range, and 10% upper range. Odds are, long hours or extra effort are graded average. So next year, you don't try as hard.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

      Cons

      Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
