Pros

I worked well over 25 years at Kimberly Clark and was fortunate to work in many businesses. Each business was a unique and different business and it was very refreshing to have that kind of diversity and change in what they offer as a job. They value their employees and the diversity of the workforce.

Cons

Being more conservative and large, things tend to move slowly and at times can be risk adverse. I do not see them as a leader in innovation, but as a fast follower with good ideas to make products even better.

Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
