      Pros

      The company has strong brands and great people in the business. They have a culture and history of investing in people and sustainable practices.

      Cons

      For the last 5 years the IT organization has been trying to transform and lead a strong digital agenda. The current IT leadership team is arrogant and micromanages, with an oppressive and threatening style that is less than inspirational. Talent is fleeing the organization.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Flexible work schedule, encourages building your skills and moving around within the company, good people and big future

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
