Pros

Kimberly Clark provides many liberties that other employers fail to do. The work/life relationship at K-C truly is that. It is not only respected by management, but expected as well. Giving its employees the appropriate work load, strongly supports this mentality. Also, the company is great at providing communication from its senior management in an effective and personal way, lending opportunities for direct interaction with them in a non threatening environment. Lastly, benefits and compensation are competitive at my current level. There is clearly an incentive to work at Kimberly Clark and to perform to the best of one's abiltiy.

Cons

The decision process slows the company. There are many layers of decision makers that strategies and plans need to filter through before they are actionable.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
