      Pros

      A good mix of people to work with & great brands.

      Cons

      Organisation design and outsourcing handled very badly and then poorly implemented. Org redesign took too long to get anywhere, and apart from seeing fewer people doesn't actually seem to have improved anything.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
