      Pros

      Great people to work with, many opportunities. Quite a lot of autonomy in the local markets - you can take accountability, make decisions and act the way you believe os best. The company also knows how to celebrate successes.

      Cons

      Lately, too much politics, disorientation and lack of true integrity in the leadership ranks - the troops and the business suffer. The company used to take god care of people and treat everyone fairly, but less so lately.

      Cons

      Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed

      Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

      Cons

      Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
