Pros

Stable company to work for. Overtime available, not required. Paid vacations, holidays, sick days & personal days. Good benefits & retirement.

Cons

Crazy schedule. 12 hour rotating swing shifts. 7am-7pm 3 days, off 2-3 days, then 7pm-7am 3 days. Body never quite adjusts, and hard if you have kids.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
