Pros
Flexible work arrangements in most facilities which allows for work/life balance.
Cons
Manufacturing facilities do not embrace flexible work schedules; however, it would be a very difficult thing to accomplish if it is a 24/7 operation like most are.

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.
Cons
While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
