      I had a good team of collaborative employees.

      Cons

      Underpayed, No upward mobility, Constant layoff fears, C suite preaches things it does not follow through with. Cutting corners to cut cost. No pay raises.

      Pros

      The pay is pretty good and so are the benefits. The facilities are beautiful and it’s a high-end business.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is not dependable, often misleads staff with false promises and hopes. There is a lack of stability within the company, from the top down, and there have been excessive layoffs and facility closures.
