Pros

*ability to bring my children to work at a discounted rate *amazing teaching staff *offered great benefits *opportunities for professional development within the company

Cons

*management had no regard for personal time-I was expected to work overtime daily without asking if I was available resulting in my babysitter for my older children at home quitting. Then they got angry when I had to call of because I had no one to watch them when they got sick. *management had little concern for the welfare of the children...At one point refusing to allow a sick child to stay in the office while the rest of the class went outside. The Assistant Director took the child's temp and it was 102 and she still made that little girl go outside in the cold and she was crying of ear pain. The parent then reported that the child had an ear infection. That was the point that I had enough and accepted a position at another center. Why would I think they would not do the same to my child?

Pros

I can honestly say that the circle of people I have found myself with has allowed me to grow in ways I never thought I would be possible. I am a leader and I attribute that to the leadership that put me there.

Cons

It is a lot of different things to manage. It can be a lot of pressure.

Pros

“Flexible” , vehicle provided (able to take home), paid drive time, gas paid for (fleet card), 401k match (up to 10%, fully vested after 5 years), discounted childcare

Cons

The least professional company that I have ever worked for. Very disorganized. Corporate politics. A ton of turnover all over the company; constant changing of plans and goals; inconsistent communication. Toxic work environment. The “policies” are created as they see fit, when they do. Got assaulted by a client; nothing was done. A peer improperly trained me regarding important safety measures (lock out-tag out), was quick to tell me to do things for the company that were unsafe, and legally questionable - and even told me to lie on what they said was a legally binding document. Lean staffing HEAVILY implemented putting a lot of stress on everybody there.
