They start out with better than average salaries in daycare. Benefits are good. Relaxing and calming atmosphere in most settings. Room for advancement.
Cons
Cclc are big Parent pleasers. Please your parents, you should but only to a certain extent so it doesn't interfere with the learning process of the children. You want your teachers to be and feel comfortable at work.
