      Working in tech. Can make money if you work hard.

      Cons

      Really exploitative and harassing boss. Will act inappropriately toward you and you’re forced to put up with it for fear of losing your job.

      Pros

      They had a relaxed office environment and you could dress however you wanted which was nice.

      Cons

      Favoritism, cutthroat, did not protect against or care if new employees candidates were being stolen by senior AMs. No women stay longer than six months because it's an uncomfortable office environment- boys club. HR doesn't care.
