Some of us have been there more than 3 years and the support staff mostly work well together holding it all together and trying to find solutions for problems.
They look after the bus drivers.
Cons
The Senior Managers have no idea about communication. They only talk to the support staff when they want something.
They have delusions of grandeur and think we are a massive company and need new global systems for everything at a massive cost.
We didn’t get a pay rise last year, probably because of the million consultants they are employing, yet still they brag about the Employer of Choice award.
They are good to the business drivers but couldn’t care less about the support staff, most of whom are unhappy and feel unsupported.
There is still a huge “them and us” culture between the separate business under the Kinetic umbrella, even after nearly 4 years.
