Pros
The company has a great atmosphere. A ton of gossip but that's at any company. All-in-all, a good place to work. Not great on the pay scale but at least its extremely laid back and can be fun at times.
Cons
A ton of gossip, especially when you are new. Must show up even if you are sick. Very strict attendance policy.
