Leadership needs to learn that people are led, and things are managed. Lots of cronyism runs rampant through the Operations division (Rides, Park Services, and Aquatics) which robs people of opportunities for growth that are deserved. They've seen turnover from people with long tenure due to opportunities being handed to people who are friends with leaders who make the decisions to promote. It's objectively unfair and people are leaving because they're worth the opportunities that they never had a chance to have.
