Pros
In my opinion, they do offer good compensation and benefits.
External Opportunities: The company provides opportunities and support for activities outside of work, which can be a nice perk.
Cons
In my opinion, there are significant management issues. Ineffective management is a major challenge, with constantly changing leadership implementing new, often detrimental, processes. This creates a chaotic environment and drives turnover.
High Turnover & Lack of Employee Value: Poor management leads to high turnover, as good employees leave while ineffective managers remain. This shows a concerning lack of care, making employees feel like just another number.
Inefficient Processes: Operational processes are poorly defined and executed, causing stress and friction. Attempts at cross-training to reduce turnover were disorganized and failed to address root issues, adding to daily frustrations and poor morale.
Lack of Training & Blame Culture: There's a notable absence of adequate training programs, especially for new employees. Without proper guidance, employees are expected to self-learn, and issues are often blamed on individuals rather than systemic problems, hindering performance and efficiency.
