Benefits are mediocre, therapists are not truly viewed as mid-level providers and receive significantly less PTO and CME benefits than medical providers

This is a good company for associate level clinicians just starting out. Supervision is provided. Benefits are good.

The company is expanding rapidly without being able to fill all roles. Overall, I feel like moral is down in the company.
