      Pros

      Very good benefits. Excellent physical work environment. Challenging projects and opportunity to be somewhat creative.

      Cons

      Very limited growth potential. Family OWNED, not family ORIENTED. Located in very rural area. Very high non-manufacturing employee turnover rate. Extremely high risk relocating. Employees routinely terminated with little or no warning.

      Pros

      Great management. Great co-workers who are both very talented and hard-working. (of course, there are exceptions in any company) They work diligently to ensure employees are cared for, well-equipped, enabled, seen/heard, and appreciated.

      Cons

      Occasionally, some management decisions are made hastily and suboptimally.
