On the basis of quarterly or monthly Management take reviews of employees from their respective seniors or Team leaders , if review is not good management directly fire to that employee. Mainly such cases are happened with Freshers and those employees having experienced of less than 2 yr. I request you to please don't go there and save your career. Very cheap work culture
